Real unveiled Leo Pro at its RISE conference, describing software that coordinates work across transactions, customer management, listings and marketing. The company also introduced Referral Central for agent-to-agent referrals within its reZEN platform.
According to the October 20 announcement, the tools can assist with tasks such as producing property marketing, arranging showings and following up with contacts. Real says agents remain involved in client relationships and approve important actions.
The platform includes voice interaction and a builder for custom AI workflows. These are company-described capabilities, rather than independently measured performance results. The practical test will be how reliably the tools fit agents’ day-to-day work.
